The Community Champions Training Programme is a two-day interactive course equipping individuals with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to act as trusted champions within their communities and organisations. It recognises that many victims disclose abuse first to someone they trust, not statutory services.
Grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed practice and cultural understanding, this programme prepares participants to recognise abuse, respond safely to disclosures, challenge harmful attitudes and signpost individuals to specialist support — without replacing professionals.
A two-day interactive training rooted in trauma-informed practice. Empowering trusted individuals to respond safely and ethically.
Through case studies, role-play and guided reflection, participants gain practical, real-world skills.
