I had the opportunity to attend a virtual workshop with Kaur Lab UK - “Racism, Safety and the Lived Experiences of Women of Colour”, and it was genuinely transformative. As a woman of colour, finding a space where daily obstacles, challenges and experiences were understood without explanation felt incredibly powerful. Kaur Lab UK is doing vital work—creating safe, empowering spaces for women navigating abuse and reclaiming their voices.
