Pam Randhawa is a Director at Kaur Lab UK CIC, bringing nearly four decades of leadership, public service, and community engagement experience across the Midlands. Her career has been rooted in supporting diverse communities to navigate inequality, change, and complex social challenges. Based in Sandwell for over 30 years, Pam has built strong, trusted relationships across public, private, faith, and community sectors. Her work reflects a deep commitment to inclusion, partnership, and place-based leadership.
Each team member brings a unique set of professional skills, including expertise in project management, community outreach, fundraising, advocacy.
Pam is a graduate of the nationally recognised Jo Cox Women in Leadership Programme, which supports women from underrepresented backgrounds to step into leadership roles with confidence and impact. The programme recognises her commitment to inclusive leadership, civic engagement, and community cohesion. This experience has strengthened her ability to lead collaboratively, influence positive change, and represent community voices within strategic decision-making spaces.
Pam’s professional journey began as a caseworker supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, shaping a lifelong commitment to fairness and social justice. Over the years, she has worked extensively in community safety and policing partnerships, including advisory roles with West Midlands Police and membership of the Sandwell Police Independent Advisory Group. As an elected Councillor since 2021 and Town Lead for West Bromwich from 2025, she has led complex casework, supported regeneration initiatives, and provided strategic oversight across multiple wards. Her experience brings grounded insight, trusted leadership, and a strong local voice to Kaur Lab UK CIC.
