DESCRIPTION:Program Description\nThe Women Empowerment Program is a thoughtfully designed interactive session aimed at supporting women in building confidence\, strengthening mental well-being\, and exploring opportunities for personal and economic growth. \nThe program begins with welcome and registration\, creating a warm and inclusive environment for participants. This is followed by an opening talk on women’s strength and self-worth\, focusing on recognising personal value\, resilience\, and inner power. \nAn interactive session encourages active participation while addressing key areas such as confidence building\, mental well-being\, and balancing family\, work\, and self-care. Practical examples and group activities help participants relate these topics to their daily lives. \nThe skill workshop on entrepreneurship and small business ideas introduces women to basic concepts of starting and managing small ventures\, inspiring financial independence and self-reliance. \nA group discussion and sharing circle provides a safe space for participants to share experiences\, challenges\, and learn from one another\, fostering community support and mutual encouragement. \nThe program also features a motivational talk by a guest speaker\, offering real-life insights\, inspiration\, and practical guidance. An open Q&A session allows participants to ask questions and engage directly with speakers. \nThe event concludes with closing remarks and networking\, giving participants the opportunity to connect\, reflect\, and build supportive relationships beyond the session.
